Technology that works the way Cambodian shops work.
We're a small Phnom Penh team building simple, honest tools for local businesses, on the phone, in Telegram, in Khmer and English.
Who we are
Life Smart KH is a Phnom Penh startup founded by Nero in 2023. We help small businesses (cafés, salons, mini-marts and family shops) use technology without the headache: websites, business email, online stores, social media and day-to-day IT help.
We also build our own product, Member KH, a loyalty card that lives inside Telegram, so shops can bring customers back without paper stamp cards or a new app.
Nero, founder
Nero founded Life Smart KH in Phnom Penh in 2023. He builds Khmer Name and is the person you reach on Telegram at @neroKH.
Our mission
To give every Cambodian small business the same simple, affordable tools that big chains have, so a family shop can know its customers, reward them and grow.
Why local, why Telegram first
We're here.
We're based in Phnom Penh and work on Phnom Penh time. You talk to the people who build the product.
Telegram is already open.
Many shop owners and customers use Telegram every day, so we build there instead of asking them to install something new.
Khmer and English.
Our websites and messages come in both languages. The Member KH app is in English for now; a Khmer version, with its own Khmer name, is coming.
Made for how payments work here
Online stores take KHQR, Cambodia's national Bakong QR, which ABA, ACLEDA, Wing and other banks and wallets accept. Prices are in US dollars.
What we value
Simple
If a shop owner can't set it up in minutes, we haven't finished.
Honest
