Privacy notice

Who we are

Life Smart KH is a Phnom Penh startup in Tuol Kork, run by Nero. You can reach us on Telegram at @neroKH or by email at support@lifesmartkh.com.

What we collect

When you pre-register, we keep what you type in the form: the products you chose, your name, your business name and type, your Telegram username or phone number, and your message. We also keep the date, the page you came from and the language you used.

To stop spam, we keep a scrambled code made from your internet address for 7 days. We never keep the address itself.

Why we keep it

We use these details only to manage your pre-registration, set up your product when it opens, and contact you about it. We don't sell them, and we don't share them for advertising.

Where it is kept

The details are stored with Cloudflare, the company that runs this website. A short copy of each request may also be sent to Nero's Telegram, so he can reply quickly.

How long we keep it

If a pre-registration doesn't lead to you using the product, we delete it 6 months after the product opens. If you use one of our products, we keep your details while you use it and delete them 6 months after you stop.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Message @neroKH on Telegram or write to support@lifesmartkh.com.

Each product has its own notice for the data inside it, such as Member KH's notice for your customers and Jomnuy's rules for chat messages.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the version and date at the top of this page.
